Nicolas Magrez is a senior lawyer specialising in intellectual property, technology and data protection. He previously served as Partner (IP/IT/Data Privacy) at van Cutsem – Wittamer – Marnef & Partners in Brussels and as General Counsel at AfterShip, a global SaaS company. Earlier in his career, he worked as General Counsel in Hong Kong and as an associate at Katz-Law, a boutique firm specialising in copyright and trademark law.
