In 2015, Nicolas returned to Belgium and founded Magrez Law, focusing on legal solutions for the IT, IP, and data protection sectors. In 2020, he joined Van Cutsem, a Brussels-based full-service law firm, as partner in charge of IP/IT matters. In 2022, he was appointed General Counsel at AfterShip, a tech unicorn serving over 100,000 eCommerce retailers worldwide.
Today, Nicolas offers strategic, business-minded legal advice, combining deep technical expertise with international in-house leadership experience. His core strengths include intellectual property portfolio management, cross-border contract negotiation, data privacy and design of legal operations in fast-scaling environments.
